This storytelling workshop is a collaboration between students, student affairs, and faculty aimed at equipping educators with storytelling skills that focus on autonomy and professional identity formation.
This workshop explores challenges and opportunities that medical students face during transitions in block clerkships. Participants will analyze the impact on learning and professional identity formation and will apply practical strategies, based on a higher education framework, to improve transitions and guide design of interventions in the clinical curricula.
