The NEXT STEP1 Project: Practical Strategies and Resources for USMLE/COMLEX Pass/Fail Transition

In 2022, the USMLE Step 1/COMLEX Level 1 exams transitioned to Pass/Fail. The NEXT STEP1 Project, a collaboration of four AAMC groups, was launched to create strategies for adapting to this change. Participants will explore practical approaches to implement strategies at their institutions, focusing on curriculum, advising, and residency applications.
