This workshop equips participants with practical strategies for using AI to enhance assessments. Participants will learn how to efficiently expand test banks and improve MCQ rationales through hands-on activities and discover actionable AI techniques to elevate the quality of formative assessments and optimize the assessment development process at their institution.

This workshop provides evidence for the value of cognitive integration, then introduces practical tools that can be applied in pre-clerkship and clerkship settings to promote cognitive integration in teaching and learning.
