About me
I’m a health professions education specialist passionate about shaping the future of healthcare one thoughtful, inclusive learning experience at a time.
I focus on implementing and evaluating evidence-based innovations that redefine excellence in training for physicians, researchers, and educators. My approach blends strategic program design, stakeholder-driven evaluation, and a deep belief in learning environments that are equitable, human-centered, and forward-thinking.
Currently, I serve as Associate Director at Stanford's Teaching and Mentoring Academy, where I lead mixed-methods evaluations, support educator development, and help translate insights into action.
I thrive at the intersection of innovation, inclusion, and impact and I’m always looking to collaborate on efforts that move health professions education forward.
