The transition into workplace learning is fraught with challenges for students and educators. Successful strategies are necessary to motivate students, staff, and faculty to maximize engagement. This session offers an opportunity for faculty educators and education staff to apply relevant education theory, review literature, and brainstorm innovations to optimize learning.
