This session shares best practices for helping applicants articulate their lived experiences, challenges, and the impact of curiosity and resilience on their healthcare careers. Participants will learn to effectively integrate OIE into equitable application reviews and gain insights for advising applicants, with admissions officers and pre-health advisors collaborating on strategies.
